Sales & Business Development Director (m/w/d)

  • The primary objective is to develop distribution channels for new product categories in existing as well as new markets
  • Set up distributor partnerships. Selection of preferred Local Partners
  • Manage, cooperate and coordinate the distributors and drive the sales
  • Conduct analysis based on a deep understanding of the markets, using desk research, actual observation, market data and consumer knowledge
  • Frequent contact with Department Heads located in China for the product development and marketing
  • Monitor orders, invoices and credit limits to ensure settlements are
  • on time and comply with the credit terms

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business, communications or economics
  • 8 years of experience in regional sales & marketing, B2B and  B2C for comparable products
  • Great knowledge of German and European markets
  • Great leadership, business acumen combined with strong influencing skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, commercial sense and result driven
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
